This service is for folks who are working as employees (no limit on W2s) who will file state taxes in one state. Price includes federal and state filing, a 30-minute education meeting, and quarterly estimates for the current year, if applicable.

Note: The current price is good for clients who sign up for tax services through 1/30/2027. Clients who sign engagement letters after this date will be subject to the new price of $250 per return.

This service is for those who are self-employed (e.g., owning a sole proprietorship and/or earning most of your money through a 1099 form) who will file state taxes in one state. Price includes federal and state filing, a 30-minute education meeting, and quarterly estimates for the current year, if applicable.

Note: The current price is good for clients who sign up for tax services through 1/30/2027. Clients who sign engagement letters after this date will be subject to the new price of $500 per return.

This service is for folks who require filing of an 1120-S, the relevant state S-corp return, K-1s, and a personal return. Price includes filing of the above, a 30-minute education meeting, and quarterly estimates for the current year, if applicable.

Choose this for tax help needed beyond a quick question or 10-minute call. This is also a suitable option for people who prefer to file their own taxes, but would like to vet their return with me as a second pair of eyes.

Note: The current price is good through 1/30/2027. After this time, the price for consultations will increase to $100/30 mins or $200/50 mins.

This service is for folks who have tax questions that don’t necessarily require a full consultation or tax prep process. Pricing is based on the number of questions/email exchanges we have as well as the amount of research I have to do for each question. Payment for this service is remitted after sending questions over, but prior to me answering them.

Additional charges for returns will be incurred with the following factors:

• Extended filing

• More than 3 W-2s being entered

• More than 3 1099s being entered

• Complicated 1099-B/investments

• Filing with a spouse

• Higher income level (above $200,000)

• Split allocation

• Rental property

• Sold cryptocurrency

• Real estate transactions

Current prices for à la carte asynchronous services are as follows:

• Quarterly tax estimates - $50/payment date

• S-corp vs. sole prop analysis - $100 per two scenarios

• Specialized filings (e.g., S-corp election, extensions) - $100/filing

• Payroll setup - starting at $350
