Please note that AFS is not currently taking on corporate clients (partnerships, C-corps, or S-corps) at this time, though this is something we will certainly consider in the future. This service is for folks who are working as employees (no limit on W2s) who will file state taxes in one state. Price includes a 30 minute consultation with Haley along with federal and state filing.

This service is for those who are self-employed (e.g., owning a sole proprietorship and/or earning most of your money through a 1099 form) who will file state taxes in one state. Price includes a 30 minute consultation with Haley along with federal filing, state filing, and estimated taxes for the following year.

This is designed to be a “pick my brain” meeting to discuss the ins and outs of starting a private therapy practice, from picking a physical office to how to price your services.

The Tax Process
Initial Contact and Engagement Letter
You will meet briefly with Haley over Zoom to determine your needs and the scope of work needed. Once confirmed, you will sign an engagement letter and submit payment.
Onboarding and Document Provision
You will be invited to the ProConnect portal to provide information and documents pertinent to your request, thus allowing Haley to work diligently on your returns in the background.
Educational Summary Meeting
Your package will include a 30 minute educational meeting to discuss your taxes and any questions you have about the process.
Enjoy Year-Round Support
Answers to quick questions throughout the year are included with your package. For more detailed support, you can book longer calls with Haley any time throughout the year (see above for prices).
